ARE MEMBERSHIPS REQUIRED?

No. All services are available a la carte. Memberships provide added value, credits, and priority access.

HOW LONG ARE OUR DOG WALKS?

We offer dog walks in 30-minute visits. The visit time begins when we enter your home and ends when we leave.  The outside time will vary from dog to dog and depends on their specific need.  We will maximize the time outside, weather permitting.

 HOW MUCH DOES DOG WALKING AND OTHER SERVICES COST?

Our dog walking starts at $38 for 30 minutes for standard, and $34 for members.  All prices include up to 2 dogs.  Please view our Services tab for additional pricing information.

 DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE APP?

Yes!  We have a very comprehensive app available for our clients for iPhone and Android.  You can see your schedule, communicate with your walker/sitter, add or cancel walks/services, see your invoices as well as pay them, see your daily reports from your walker/sitter along with any photos or videos they send you, and more.  Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invitation to download the Time To Pet app..

 HOW DO I SCHEDULE SERVICES?

You can schedule most services through our app or you can email us anytime.  We will get back with you promptly.  We also accept phone calls and texts during office hours.

 WHO WILL DO BACKUP IF MY REGULAR WALKER/SITTER IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If your normal daily walker or regular sitter is not available for a scheduled visit, one of our other walkers/sitters will provide backup as needed.  We will discuss this with you in advance of this being an issue.

 HOW DO I PAY?

Walkadoodles and Whiskers Pet Concierge accepts credit card and bank transfer payments through our app and website, and we also accept checks. Cash is not accepted for service payments, but you’re welcome to tip your walker/sitter with cash in person if you’d like.

 DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes, we do! We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Weekday cancellations made within 3 hours of the booked service time are subject to full charge, and weekend cancellations must be made by 5pm the day before to avoid a full charge. If your primary walker or sitter is unavailable and you choose to cancel within the late cancellation window, no charge will be assessed.

 ARE YOU ABLE TO GIVE MY PET MEDICATIONS?

Yes. Oral, topical, and routine injections (like insulin) are included. Complex medical care may incur an additional fee.

WHAT IS YOUR WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SCHEDULE?

Walkadoodles and Whiskers Pet Concierge is available for visits every day of the year. See our Holiday Pricing under our Services tab.  We do not provide “on call” care for weekends and holidays so please be sure to plan ahead and book early.

HOW DOES HOLIDAY PRICING WORK?

A $25 premium applies on major holidays unless waived for members.

 DO YOU CARE FOR CATS?

Yes — only in households that also have a dog. We do not provide cat-only services.

ARE YOUR WALKERS/SITTERS BACKGROUND CHECKED?

Yes, they are. Applicants are screened through an extensive background check for any criminal record, and our sitters are trained in pet safety — including Pet CPR/First Aid certification — so your pets are always in capable hands

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SERVICE IS RIGHT?

Dog Walk (Choose this if…)

  • Your dog needs regular exercise and outdoor time during the day

  • You’re away for work/school and want a midday break built into their routine

  • Your dog has energy to burn and does best with a structured walk

Drop-In Visit (Choose this if…)

  • Your pet needs a potty break, meal, meds, or companionship—not necessarily a full walk

  • You have a puppy, senior, cat, or lower-energy pet that benefits from check-ins

  • You want someone to stop by for care and a quick wellness check

Overnight (Choose this if…)

  • You’ll be away overnight/traveling and want full in-home care

  • Your pet does best staying in their own home and routine

  • You want the added comfort of a lived-in presence while you’re gone
